Our History

MCS is a thriving 100% Australian-owned consulting company, headquartered in Medowie NSW, adjacent to RAAF Base Williamtown, with operations now spanning around the Newcastle, Canberra, Melbourne, and Darwin regions. MCS was founded by Owner and Managing Director, Jason Murray AM in 2011. Jason has 30 years experience within the Royal Australian Air Force, in which he still proudly serves part time as a Group Captain in the Air Force Reserves.

MCS has steadily grown from strength to strength which now has an exceptional team of over 50 employees and a proven track record in delivering value for our customers. We go above and beyond to delight our customers, and specialise in providing award winning project, engineering, logistics, commercial, test and evaluation, innovation and maintenance management services. While our core focus has been providing services to the Department of Defence, more recently we have expanded our services to other sectors such as Energy, and have also established THRiiVE, an innovative Human Performance Program promoting holistic health and wellbeing.
